hey this is my first thread, so i hope you guys enjoy it. my roommate works at radio shack and says this offer is legit. it is paying out 1/3 so you have a pretty good chance of getting the gift card! i guess it was the result of a class action lawsuit and this is how they have to settle it, and they know no one fills these things out so what doesn't get dispersed by the end of the month radio shack gets to keep

PepsiCo first bid for Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) and PepsiAmericas (PAS) in late April. Both rejected its overtures, but they didn’t have much negotiating power. Pepsi already owned 33 per cent of PBG and 43 per cent of PAS, making it unlikely the companies would attract any competing offers. Also, they’re closely tied to the beverage maker’s business – together they account for 80 per cent of its US distribution.
