    Loyalty and admiration you have excluded the state of your partner - not to let you go by the end of the agreement made by the other party. Self-discipline and self control is really your partner - put down your needs, and to their needs, and then you. Where your partner relationship, no matter what circumstances may the whole existence.

    I suggest you the best that you have to respect for others. Priority to the needs of your partner. I understand that your partner able to meet all your needs can not be.

One definition of appreciation is to be sensitively aware so you don't have to be sugar-coating anything; so tell your beloved that you love him or her, and that you don't want to argue but to talk and make it better.
