i see a girl in the library often that i like a lot. i dont know how to go up to talk to her since we are in the library or what i should say. sometimes i see her walking around campus but isnt strange to walk up to person? any advice is helpful

Just go to her and introduce yourself and ask for some help like ask for notes or any suggestion for subject books. If you find her in the library than try to help her or ask for a book that she is referring but this should be in politely. Make her friend your friend and through her you can come in contact with your liked girl. Arrange a small party for your friends and invite her with her friend but do this with the help of your and girl friend.

Approaching like this will make her instantly attracted to you because you had the courage to walk over to her with nothing but a simple conversation, which also makes you look confident about yourself. It shows her that you don't need some cheap pick up lines or something 'catchy' in order to talk to her.It also shows her that you are decisive and that you know what you want and also that you try to get what you want.
