My habits which i can take as good habits for health :
I used to eat fruits and green vegetables in eating.
I used to help my mother in work so my body get little free and not so hard by sitting all day.
I used to walk for at least one hour from job to home,job to lecture and again return to home in between i used to walk little.
I listen music and by this i can not get stress and feel fresh at workplace.

You need to follow healthy and positive habits. Positive thinking is very essential in order to be healthy. Our water supplies are contaminated with various chemicals, while chlorine and fluoride are also carcinogens. Distilled or Reverse Osmosis would be ideal. If you can't afford those, a simple ceramic carbon filter is better than nothing.
